Mens, Juniors, Women, Over 35s

Competition will commence October 10th for Open Men,
October 11th for Over 35s, Women and Juniors,
then continue every Monday/Tuesday evening finishing on December 12th/13th

SECOND REGISTRATION DAY at the Ellis Park Canteen
Thursday September ~~16th~~ 22nd from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Registration forms together with cash or cheque payments accepted

The team registration form must be returned by ~~16th~~ 28th September 2011 (extended until this date or until the competition is full):

Full Tournament Fee per team is:

$750 for Men, Women & Over 35s if paid before September ~~16th~~ 28th
$800 for Men, Women & Over 35s if paid after September ~~16th~~ 28th
$550 for Juniors if paid before September ~~16th~~ 28th
$600 for Juniors if paid after September ~~16th~~ 28th
EFT is the preferred payment method

if not paid in full by September ~~16th~~ 28th then a $200 deposit will confirm entry
